They've only just announced their engagement, but already friends of Liz Hurley and Shane Warne are doubting their long-term future.
As the Daily Mail revealed on Saturday, the ex-Australian cricketer proposed at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews on Friday night after a whirlwind ten-month romance.

And over the weekend the couple looked blissfully happy, with 46-year-old Miss Hurley – who divorced textiles heir Arun Nayar in June after four years of marriage – flashing a sapphire and diamond engagement ring said to be worth £50,000.

 

But one friend said last night: ‘A lot of us are very surprised – and a bit concerned for Liz. What started out as a fling has become something far more. They seem to have got caught up in the moment.

Now risque Rihanna exposes her bottom half in revealing photoshoot

As a superstar you can expect the rough with the smooth. And having been chased from a muddy field by an angry farmer for posing topless on his land, Rihanna was certainly due some luck.
Today the risque R&B singer finds herself on the cover of style bible Vogue.
In the front picture she presents  an almost sophisticated look with a  Monroesque pout and blonde hair.
Inside, however, she’s back to her old tricks – posing more provocatively and  revealing every inch of her legs against some rusty girders. She also sports a natty beret.

Rihanna has courted controversy with a series of edgy videos – including being tied up and taped to the wall with clingfilm in the video to her hit ‘S&M’.
But in a Vogue interview, the singer insists: ‘That’s not me. That’s a part I play. You know, like it’s a piece of art… I just want to make music.’ The singer, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, said that life with her parents, Monica Braithwaite and Ronald Fenty, a former crack addict, triggered her rebellious attitude.
‘I saw too much. I was way too mature for my age,’ she revealed.
Last week, the singer ended up being humiliated when farmer Alan Graham, 61, halted a racy video shoot on his land at Bangor, County Down.
He had agreed for one of his fields to be used but protested when he spotted her stripping down to a bikini made up of red handkerchiefs.

Hollyoaks is a soap that's become famous for its glamorous female stars.
And this was in evidence today when several of its current actresses turned out for the soap's annual charity ball.
Jennifer Metcalfe, Jorgie Porter and Rachel Shenton were all on sparkling form upon arrival the event which was held at Chester racecourse.
Leader of the pack, and longest-serving cast member, Jennifer Metcalfe was the star of the show wearing a low-cut pink top and black trousers - both of which accentuated her toned curvy figure.

The 28-year-old added some black accessories to her outfit with a handbag, wide belt and a pair of heels all matching to create an understated look.
Meanwhile Jorgie Porter, who plays Theresa McQueen on the show, wore a smart red dress with a check design across it - matched with black studded heels and a black handbag.

She happily posed with co-star James Atherton, who appears as her on/off screen boyfriend Will Savage.
Finally Rachel Shenton went for a maxi dress in khaki green, she arrived wearing flip flops, although likely swapped those for a pair of heels later in the evening in keeping with the glamorous theme of the event.
The 24-year-old actress carried bags from Merabi, a Manchester-based boutique indicating that the items she was wearing may have come from that very shop.

The annual event aims to raise funds for Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool and Claire House Hospice in nearby Wirral.
Last night fellow Hollyoaks actress Gemma Merna proved she is still doing all she can to wow her beau as the pair stepped out for dinner last night.
The 26-year-old actress looked stunning in a bright red dress which highlighted her incredible curves as she and Minton grabbed some food at the San Carlo Italian restaurant in Liverpool.

Teaming the dress with a pair of gold heels and matching sequinned bag, Gemma smiled for photographers as she posed with Minton outside the eatery.
And given that it was nearly the weekend, Gemma probably indulged in a calorific treat, after explaining recently that she watches what she eats during the week but allows herself a free reign at weekend.
She said: 'I'll eat sausage butties, Indian takeaways, chocolate or the odd glass of wine - whatever I fancy!
'I used to be stricter, but now my metabolism is faster I can be more relaxed.'

She's known for playing the kind of ultra-sleek vixens to whom a slender figure is as vital and necessary as a loaded gun to an assassin.
But it seems AnnaLynne McCord hasn't starved herself into a tiny dress size for her art, as her younger sister is even more slender.
The 24-year-old 90210 star opened a charity event in Las Vegas last night with waif-like younger sister Rachel, 23.

The pair's matching dainty frames - and that of third sister Angel, who did not attend the event at Caesar's Palace - suggest that their slightness is down to their good old Georgia genes.
And these Southern belles haven't forgotten their heritage, as the event last night was to promote a foundation that is striving to help rebuild the lives destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and the oil spill.
Their website explains: 'St. Bernard Project is an award-winning rebuilding, nonprofit organization whose mission is to remove physical, mental and emotional barriers for vulnerable families, senior citizens and disabled residents who are struggling to recover from the devastation and trauma caused by Hurricane Katrina and the oil spill.'

Known for her remarkable efforts and involvement in various charities including this project, McCord - who plays rich teenager Naomi Clark in 90210 - dedicated her evening to raising awareness and funds to support its work.
The stunning actress hit the red carpet just after midnight wearing a turquoise dress and diamond studded heels and posed for photos with 41- year-old boyfriend Dominic Purcell and sister Rachel.

 

Later McCord sipped on champagne, vodka cocktails and partied into the early hours of the morning in the VIP area of the club.
Despite their 17-year age difference, AnnaLynne McCord, 24, says she has a lot in common with her 41-year-old actor beau Dominic Purcell.

She told Us Weekly recently: 'We met doing a project and we connected over a conversation about how we were moving away from L.A.

The beauty, who dated Twilight pin-up Kellan Lutz, 26 , before meeting Purcell, also told the magazine that there are many perks to dating an older man.
She said: 'We have healthy debates, which I absolutely love. At the very end of the conversation we will both go, 'I respect your opinion. I disagree with you. But I respect your opinion because I love you.
I'm like the little girl who loves school and love learning, especially from a man who is so intelligent and so worldly, it's nice to learn some things.'

But Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan looks anything but shy in these sexy shots taken from her 2012 calendar.
The 28-year-old beauty dons a variety of skimpy outfits as she shows off her stunning body for the publication, which is sure to be a bestseller in the new year.

In one arty black and white shot, Ola is seen posing naked with just a sheet to conceal her modesty, as she glances sexily over her shoulder.
In another, the stunning blonde, who is partnered with former professional footballer Robbie Savage in this year's series of the BBC TV talent show, pushes her hair away from her face as she dons a sheer black leotard.
Ola is also seen embracing the Strictly glitz and glamour in a third photograph by wearing a tiny pair of silver sequinned hotpants with a skimpy black halterneck top.

In a recent interview, Ola said she finds it hard to accept her figure, and admitted there are lots of things she would like to change about her body.

Ola, who fluctuates between a size six and an eight, said: 'I’m actually quite shy and not that confident in my body.
'There are a lot of things I’d love to change, especially my skin which gets lots of horrible spots. And my feet, which are ugly dancer’s feet with bunions.
'As a dancer you’re always surrounded by skinny girls so you always look at your body and want it to be better.
'I wish there was a magic pill to keep you trim but it’s all down to what you eat and drink and how much you exercise and, unfortunately, I love my food.'
Ola also said her 'fat days' are made more difficult to cope with when she is surrounded by the rest of the stunning professional dancers on Strictly.
She said: 'Like anyone, I have fat days like when my dress doesn't fit or it's too tight. None of us get depressed about it. Every girl on the show eats proper meals. We don't starve ourselves.'
One person who doesn't have any issues with Ola's figure is her Strictly partner Savage, who admitted recently that he never knows where to hold his Polish-born dancing partner.
He said: 'It's very hard knowing where to put my hands. I find that very hard. I have to really think about it before I touch her. I can't get into the routine because it's weird.'
