She's easily one of the most consistently glamorous and sexy celebrities of the last decade.
But Jennifer Lopez looked prissy in unappetising ecru on the set of her new movie Parker in Palm Beach, Florida today.
The 42-year-old actress, who plays an estate agent in the movie, looked almost frumpy in the unflattering blouse and slightly kinder pencil skirt, teamed with tame kitten heels.
It's her second dowdy role of the
year after she scaled down the style for pregnancy epic What to Expect
When You're Expecting in New Orleans.
And we really shouldn't have been fooled by the rocks that she's got as she seems to be relishing the change of pace.
The newly single mother-of-two beamed broadly as she filmed scenes for the upcoming movie, in which she stars alongside Jason Statham, 44.
The pair have been spotted driving around the locale in a drop-top Bentley.
The crime thriller, based on the Donald Westlake's novel Flashfire, tells the story of a thief called Parker.
He teams up with Lopez's estate agent character for a heist, and the film follows their adventures.
Statham plays the titular villain, who apparently lives by a code of honour that includes never stealing money from people who need it.
She also wore a smart blue suit and
was shaded by an umbrella by a couple of assistants as she stepped out
in the Florida sunshine.
Parker also stars Nick Nolte, Patti LuPone and Michael Chilkis and is set for release in October 2012.
And Lopez is also giving something back to the Boys and Girls Club of America, of which she is an alumni.
The American Idol judge joins Ne-Yo and Ashanti in a advert for their ‘Great Futures Start Here,’ which aims to raise awareness about the social issues affecting America’s youth including illiteracy, poverty, teen violence and obesity.
