was all very spur of the moment and very romantic,' a spokesperson tells
Radar Online.
Uchitel added: 'Matt and I were married in front of 12 friends on Sunday night at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, where everyone from Michael Jordan to Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, to Britney Spears were married.
'We are really happy and feel extremely fortunate to have one another.'

Hahn, a business man, is an ex-Penn State football player.
She was previously engaged to investment banker James Andrew O’Grady, who died in the September 11 attacks.
She was married to Steven Ehrenkranz, a childhood schoolmate and trader on the New York Stock Exchange, for just four months in 2004.

The couple are understood to be living in the star's $2million Park Avenue apartment in New York.
During the course of filming addiction reality show Celebrity Rehab late last year, Uchitel spoke of how her father's death and her tendency to impulsively enter into relationships contributed to her deep emotional issues.
This included her affair with the then-married Woods, which allegedly began in 2009 and continued into 2010.
Uchitel initially denied the
allegations but admitted the story after more than a dozen other women
came forward with their stories of infidelities with the world-famous
golfer.
The former nightclub hostess is understood to have reached a $10million settlement.
Woods and wife Elin Nordegren, who have two young children together, officially divorced in August last year.
Uchitel made headlines again last month after claims she said she'd be a 'fat housewife with three kids' had her fiancé O’Grady not be killed in the 9/11 attacks.
She allegedly told the New York Post’s Page Six magazine that dying on 9/11 was part of Andy O'Grady's destiny.
But she later insisted the quotes had been reported out of context.
The New York Post said it stood by the story.
