Prince Harry May Be Deployed to Afghanistan

Godspeed, Prince Harry!
Prince William's 26-year-old brother is set to return to Afghanistan in summer 2012 with his squadron, the UK'sTelegraph reports. The younger royal, who has said he yearns to fight on the front line, is set to complete his training as an Apache attack helicopter pilot next year.

The paper reports that Harry will likely fly a 40-million pound helicopter in operations against insurgents. (Apaches are two-man helicopters designed to hunt and destroy tanks.)
Harry was pulled out of service in 2008 after foreign media reports compromised his position. But last year, he said he had a "real determination" to return to service, particularly Afghanistan, adding that his "heart was in the Army."
Of the Telegraph's report, a Ministry of Defence spokesman tells Us Weekly:"We cannot comment on the deployment of individual service personnel."
Adds a spokesman for Clarence House in a statement: "Harry is an Army pilot and will deploy wherever the Army chooses to send him. His course finishes in 2012 and after that his deployment will be a matter for the Army chain of command.
