Details of where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will travel this summer have been unveiled.
It's William and Kate’s first official overseas tour as husband and wife. The couple, who married last April, will visit a variety of locations in Canada and the United States during their busy nine-day trip.
If you enjoyed following the Royal Wedding here’s where you need to go to keep celebrating all things Wills and Kate... and perhaps catch a glimpse of the happy couple themselves.
Thursday 30 June: William and Kate will arrive in Ottawa, Canada on Thursday next week. A "fun" tour awaits the 29-year-olds, according to their private secretary Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton. He said: "The Canadians have put together an extremely welcoming and well-balanced programme of meaningful engagements, mixed with fun and lots of opportunities to get to know Canada and Canadians better."
Friday 1 July - Sunday 3 July: The newly-weds will tour the National Capital Region, including the area around Montreal. First, they will attend Canada Day celebrations, including the Canada Day Noon Show on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, on 1 July. When they get to Montreal, their Royal Highnesses will visit a children’s hospital before heading to the 'Institut de Tourisme et d’hotellerie du Quebec'. In the evening of 2 July, they’ll travel up the St Lawrence River to Quebec City, before checking out the city on 3 July.
Monday 4 July – Wednesday 6 July: On 4 July, the couple will attend a search and rescue demonstration in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. They will also take part in ‘seaside activities’ at Prince Edward Island’s Dalvay. On 5 July, the couple travel to Yellowknife (Northwest Territories), before having a well-earned day off on 6 July at an undisclosed location.
Thursday 7 July - Friday 8 July: William and Catherine visit Calgary in Alberta, where they will be greeted by officials before touring the Ward of the 21st Century - a medical research facility. The couple will also officially launch the Stampede Parade, the city’s annual festival. Before they leave Canada, Wills and Kate will make two more stops: one at the Calgary Zoo's Enmax Conservatory, and another at Challenger Rotary Park for an official departure ceremony. They’ll then fly to California for a two-day stay in Los Angeles. They arrive early evening.
Saturday 9 July – Sunday 10 July: On 9 July, the couple will travel to Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club, which celebrates its 100th anniversary. In the evening, they will attend a red carpet event held in support of the Baftas at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles. On the Sunday – the final day of their tour – the couple will pay a visit to LA's Inner City Arts, an organisation which supports children from one of the world's toughest areas. They will also attend a 'job fair' at Sony Pictures Studio and spend time with the families of servicemen. They are due to fly back to the UK later that day.
